We have been working with Bytown Travel since 1999. Our partnership extends beyond the standard travel procedures of booking air tickets, hotels or cars.

Case in point:  As part of our large travel program, one of our challenges was to capture as much traveller, flight and accounting data possible and to have it entered into our main database. This data was originally entered manually for each reservation.  Bytown Travel, working together with our database programmers, was able to create custom software to capture the data for all travel reservations and import it directly into our database system without any human data entry.  This resulted in a drastic improvement in efficiencies and reduction in data entry error.

Bytown Travel has surpassed all expectations in this regard and we hope to remain trusted partners for years to come.

Our International Program sends people to every part of the world, most frequently to Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. This entails travel of staff members on business as well as volunteers who work in developing countries.

I know you are probably tired of hearing about this, but I wanted to let you know just how incredibly helpful and service oriented Aida is.  As you can appreciate, my schedule is a bit goofy at times and last minute changes are all too common.  Last week was a case in point, where I was supposed to have been in Toronto for three days and had to cut it short.  Aida worked her magic and was able to get my hotel reservation adjusted without penalty and then worked late at night to secure me a flight home the next day.  Over and over again, that is the level of service and support we get from Aida.  I can honestly say that in my line of business, I just simply don’t run into individuals who care as much for their clients and do as much for their clients as Aida does.
